What to expect

From booking to your plan

Book a time

Choose online or face to face and a time that suits you. You pay securely when you book.

Before we meet

Your confirmation email includes a short pre-consultation form and our policies, so we understand the basics before we start.

Your session

We keep your child in mind throughout. We listen, help you make sense of what's happening, and agree practical steps together.

Afterwards

You receive a written summary of what we talked about and the plan, so you have something to come back to.

Need to change your booking?

Let us know at least 48 hours before your session and we'll move it or give you a full refund. With less than 48 hours' notice we're not able to offer a refund. Email hello@simplycalm.co.uk.

Kind words

What parents say

I booked a parent consultation as my daughter is currently on the CAMHS wait list and felt I needed some support surrounding this, and I am so glad I did. It has helped me gain a much better understanding of how my daughter thinks, processes the world around her, and why certain behaviours occur.

Simply Calm Parent

They both made me feel at ease straight away. I felt they listened to my concerns and gave good support and advice. They both have a lovely nature and work well together. I felt so much more confident in myself as a parent when I left.
