  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

2.3 Special category data

Some information you share with us may relate to health, mental health, or neurodevelopmental conditions. This is special category data under UK GDPR. We handle this data with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

  • Stripe — PCI DSS compliant payment processing

  • Squarespace — our website platform, which is ISO 27001 certified


Access to your data is restricted to Alison Thompson and Carmen Kellock only. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.


6. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiry and referral data: up to 2 years from last contact, or until you request deletion

  • Client session records: up to 7 years in line with professional guidance

  • Financial records: 7 years in line with HMRC requirements

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — to request a copy of the data we hold about you
