Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing any Simply Calm service. By making a purchase or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.


1. About us

Simply Calm Ltd is a limited company registered in Scotland, Company No. SC883535. Our registered address is 7 Whitebeam Road, East Calder, Livingston, EH53 0WR. We provide online psychoeducation, parenting support, and professional training services.

2. Our services

Simply Calm Ltd provides the following services:

  • Live webinars — online sessions delivered via video conferencing platform

  • On-demand workshops — pre-recorded digital content

  • Topic bundles — packages of on-demand content

  • 1-to-1 parental support sessions — online sessions with a director

  • Professional training — webinars and content for professionals working with young people


Simply Calm is a psychoeducation and parenting support service. We do not provide clinical therapy, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, or crisis support. Our services are educational and supportive in nature. If you require clinical assessment, therapy, or emergency mental health support, please contact your GP or relevant emergency services.


3. Purchasing a service

All purchases are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By completing a purchase you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 or over

  • You understand the nature of the service you are purchasing

  • You have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy


Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.


4. Cancellations and refunds

4.1 Live webinars

If you are unable to attend a live webinar you have purchased:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event: full refund

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: no refund, but a replay will be provided

  • If Simply Calm cancels or reschedules a live webinar, a full refund will be offered


4.2 On-demand content

Due to the digital nature of on-demand content, once accessed refunds are not available unless the content is faulty or materially different from its description. If you have not yet accessed the content, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.


4.3 1-to-1 sessions

For blocks of 1-to-1 sessions:

  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or non-attendance will be charged as a session used

  • Unused sessions in a purchased block are non-refundable after 6 months from purchase


5. Intellectual property

All content produced by Simply Calm Ltd — including webinar recordings, slides, worksheets, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Simply Calm Ltd and is protected by copyright.


You may use content for your own personal or professional development. You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce Simply Calm content without written permission

  • Use Simply Calm content for commercial purposes

  • Record live webinars without our explicit consent


6. Limitation of liability

Simply Calm Ltd provides educational and informational content. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not accept liability for decisions made based on the information provided in our services

  • We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of our services

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service


Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.


7. Behaviour and conduct

Simply Calm reserves the right to remove any participant from a live session who displays abusive, harassing, or disruptive behaviour, without refund.


8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.


9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
