We mix evidence-based science with human-level conversation, trimming the jargon so real talk can do its job. We listen hard, challenge gently, and leave space for the awkward pauses….

"Collaborative support, built around your child and your family."
Sometimes you need more than a webinar. Simply Calm 1-to-1 support gives you dedicated sessions focused entirely on you, your child, and your family's situation. We'll help you make sense of what your child is experiencing, develop strategies that work for your family, and build your confidence so you can support your child from a place of calm and connection. Sessions are online, flexible, and always with the parent or carer — not the child.

“Professional Collaboration, Simply Done”
At Simply Calm, we offer professional training and coaching designed for people who work with children, young people, and families experiencing mental health challenges, trauma or neurodiversity. This may be suitable for teachers and anyone who wants to understand the children in their care more deeply. Our training is built on years of specialist front line experience and grounded in the same evidence-based approaches used in clinical practice. It is practical, honest, and immediately applicable — not a box-ticking exercise.
What makes our training different
We don't do death by PowerPoint. We don't give you a folder to put on a shelf. Tailored, meaningful support centred around your working needs.
What we offer is knowledge that actually changes how you see the children in front of you — and skills you can use the next day.
Every session is led directly by Alison and Carmen, both specialist nurses with extensive experience in children's mental health. You are learning from people who have spent years in clinical practice and are parents with real life experiences.
Interested in training for your team?
We offer sessions for individual professionals as well as group bookings for school staff, healthcare teams, and organisations. Get in touch to discuss what would work for you.
